1. Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation message with your order details. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We currently deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 3–6 business days after order processing.

Express Delivery: Available in selected areas (delivery within 1–3 business days). Additional charges may apply.
Please note: Delivery times may vary based on your city, courier workload, or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery Fee: ₨250

Free Delivery: On all orders above ₨2500
Shipping fees (if applicable) are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation message with your tracking number.
You can track your parcel on the courier’s official website after 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete when placing an order.
TryLoveBite is not responsible for delivery delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.
If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible — address changes cannot be made once the order has been dispatched.
6. Shipping Restrictions

Some remote or restricted areas may have limited delivery options. If delivery is unavailable to your area, our team will contact you to discuss an alternative solution.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, TryLoveBite cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
If your package is missing, please contact the courier service directly to file a claim.
For extra safety, we recommend providing a secure delivery location or opting for signature-on-delivery if available.
8. Delayed or Damaged Shipments
We always strive for timely delivery, but occasional delays can occur due to weather, courier load, or unforeseen issues.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Send us your order number and clear photos of the damaged product, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
9. Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us before your order has been shipped.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
