We take great care in crafting and delivering our herbal wellness chocolates to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if there’s ever an issue, we’re here to make it right.

1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the edible and perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging (except in cases of damage or wrong delivery).
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with proof (photo or video) within 3 days of delivery.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost — no return shipping required.
We may ask you to safely dispose of the damaged item as per our instructions.

3. Returns for Other Reasons
Since our products are food-grade and sensitive to storage conditions, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as:

Delayed courier delivery beyond our control

4. Refunds
Approved refunds (in cases of damaged or incorrect orders) will be processed within 5–7 business days after verification.
Refunds will be issued via your original payment method or store credit, depending on your preference.
If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), our team will contact you to collect your banking details securely for the refund transfer.
5. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
For assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
6. Exchange Policy
We currently offer replacements only, not exchanges for different products or flavors.
Replacement is provided free of charge in case of verified product issues.
